Whilst our Change Management service offering covers behavioural, cultural and process change .

We also undertake as part of this process Cost Benefit Analysis and Impact assessment on BAU activities. Production of PIDS, business cases, financial appraisals and projections, risk management, project status reports, Vendor sourcing and selection – EU procurement principles – RFQ/RFP, ITT, policies and procedures.
